Suggested use
After opening, rinse thoroughly and soak in warm water for 15-30 minutes. Then simmer with meat for 40-60 minutes until fully cooked before consumption.

The Xianyitang 羅漢果菜幹湯 (Luó Hàn Guǒ Cài Gān Tāng) is a classic Cantonese herbal soup blend combining dried cabbage (白菜乾), lily bulb (百合), dried fig (無花果), sliced sea coconut / palm fruit (海底椰), red date (大棗) and monk fruit (羅漢果 / luo han guo). The monk fruit gives the broth a distinctive mild sweetness without added sugar, while the dried cabbage and lily bulb create a light, clean soup base. It is typically made with pork ribs.
Produced under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly and soak in warm water for 15–30 minutes before use. Simmer with pork ribs or pork bones until fully cooked through. The monk fruit can be lightly cracked before adding to the pot to release more flavour.

Each pack is pre-portioned for convenience. Rinse the ingredients, add to a pot with your chosen meat and approximately 1.5 litres of cold water, bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer for 1–2 hours. Season lightly before serving. Serves 2–4.
