1. About Us

This website and online shop are operated by THL Innovation Company Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 16511389), registered at Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester, England, M2 3WQ. We import and distribute Xianyitang premium herbal ingredients in the United Kingdom.

2. Products

• We sell dried herbal ingredients, spices, and related food products.
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP). Our products are zero-rated for VAT purposes.
• Pack sizes and weights are as stated on the product listing.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Natural products may vary slightly in colour and appearance.
• Products are sold as food ingredients and are not medicines or medical treatments. No health or medicinal claims are made.

3. Ordering & Contract Formation

• Adding items to your basket does not create a binding contract. Your completed order constitutes an offer to purchase.
• Payment through Stripe Checkout authorises the transaction but does not by itself form a contract. The contract is formed only when we send you an order-confirmation or dispatch-confirmation email.
• If we are unable to fulfil your order (for example due to stock unavailability or a pricing error), we will notify you and issue a full refund.
• Minimum order value: £20.00 (before discount and shipping).

4. Payment

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe Checkout. We never see or store your card details.
• Discount codes may be offered from time to time and are subject to the terms and expiry set for each code.
• Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Delivery

• Delivery area: United Kingdom.
• Shipping cost: £4.95 per order.
• Free delivery: Orders qualify for free delivery when the discounted product subtotal is £50 or more.
• Dispatch: Within 1–2 working days of payment.
• Delivery service: 48-hour tracked delivery.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right to Cancel

For eligible consumer orders, you may notify us that you wish to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days, counted from the day after you receive the goods. If one order is delivered in separate instalments, this period runs from the day after the last item arrives.

• Notify us at customers@thlinnovation.com or write to our registered address in section 1. Any clear statement of cancellation is sufficient; the optional form below is not compulsory. Include your order reference where available to help us locate your order.
• Send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation. We will provide the return address when you contact us; contact us promptly so you can meet the return deadline.
• Under Regulation 28(3)(a), cancellation rights do not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and become unsealed after delivery. This does not remove your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
• For a full cancellation, we refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery charge. We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. If nothing needs to be returned, we refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
• Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. We may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, where permitted by law.
• You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.

7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order is damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us promptly and provide photographs where possible. We ask you to report issues preferably within 48 hours of delivery to help us resolve them quickly. This is a requested reporting time, not a deadline that limits your statutory rights. Reporting later does not remove those rights. We will offer a replacement or full refund, including the original delivery cost, as appropriate. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

8. Allergens & Food Safety

• Our products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle common allergens.
• Please check the product label for specific allergen information before use.
• If you have any concerns about ingredients or allergens, contact us before ordering.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
• We are not liable for losses caused by misuse of products, failure to follow storage or preparation instructions, or allergic reactions where allergen information was provided on the product label.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is owned by THL Innovation Company Ltd or Xianyitang and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
