Suggested use
1. Rinse an appropriate amount thoroughly and simmer with meat and other seasonings. 2. Place an appropriate amount in a cup, infuse in hot water for 15 minutes, or boil in a pot for 5 minutes before drinking.

Dried dandelion — 蒲公英 (Pú Gōng Yīng) — is dried dandelion herb, used as a culinary ingredient in Chinese cooking and herbal tea blends. Dandelion has a mildly bitter, earthy flavour and has long been used in traditional Chinese culinary preparations, primarily as a tea herb and soup ingredient.
This Xianyitang pack contains 100% dried dandelion, produced under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. For tea, place a small amount in a cup or teapot and infuse in boiling water for 5–10 minutes. Can also be added to soups and broths, or combined with other dried flowers and herbs in blended herbal teas.
Typical uses: Herbal tea and infusions, Chinese soups and broths, blended herbal tea preparations.
Goes well with: Chrysanthemum, dried honeysuckle (金銀花), licorice root (甘草), wolfberries (枸杞), green tea, rock sugar, ginger.
