Dried mint leaves — 薄荷 (Bo He) — are a versatile herb with a refreshing, cooling aroma. In Chinese cooking and herbal tea traditions, they are valued for their clean, bright flavour. As a herbal infusion, dried mint leaves make a simple, refreshing tea and pair well with other dried flowers and herbs. In cooking, they can be added to soups, broths and meat dishes for a fresh aromatic note.
