The Xianyitang Regal Essence Mushroom Soup Mix — 御品菌湯包 — is a premium Cantonese mushroom soup blend combining ten varieties of dried mushroom: northern wind mushroom (北風菌), seafood mushroom (海鮮菇), cordyceps flower (蟲草花), king oyster mushroom (杏鮑菇), golden chanterelle (雞油菌), shiitake mushroom (香菇), morel (羊肚菌), velvet mushroom (鹿茸菇), agaricus blazei (姬松茸) and russula mushroom (紅菇). The combination gives a deep, layered mushroom flavour well suited to chicken or pork broth.
