Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep sealed and protect from moisture.
Suggested use
After opening, rinse thoroughly and soak in warm water for 15-30 minutes. Then simmer with meat for 40-60 minutes until fully cooked before consumption.

The Xianyitang Regal Essence Mushroom Soup Mix — 禦品菌湯包 — is a premium Cantonese mushroom soup blend combining ten varieties of dried mushroom: northern wind mushroom (北風菌), seafood mushroom (海鮮菇), cordyceps flower (蟲草花), king oyster mushroom (杏鮑菇), golden chanterelle (雞油菌), shiitake mushroom (香菇), morel (羊肚菌), velvet mushroom (鹿茸菇), agaricus blazei (姬松茸) and russula mushroom (紅菇). The combination gives a deep, layered mushroom flavour well suited to chicken or pork broth.
Produced under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. After opening, rinse all ingredients thoroughly and soak in warm water for 15–30 minutes. Simmer with chicken or pork for 40–60 minutes until fully cooked through before serving. Always cook mushroom-containing soups thoroughly. The soaking liquid can be strained carefully and added to the soup — discard any gritty sediment at the bottom.
Typical uses: Cantonese chicken soups, pork broth, premium mushroom soup mixes.

Each pack is pre-portioned for convenience. Rinse the ingredients, add to a pot with your chosen meat and approximately 1.5 litres of cold water, bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer for 1–2 hours. Season lightly before serving. Serves 2–4.
