Suggested use
After opening, rinse thoroughly and soak in warm water for 15-30 minutes. Then simmer with meat for 40-60 minutes until fully cooked before consumption.

Dried morel mushrooms — 羊肚菌 (Yáng Dǔ Jūn) — are a premium dried mushroom prized in Chinese cooking for their rich, earthy and nutty flavour. Named for their distinctive honeycomb cap, morel mushrooms add a deep, savoury quality to soups, broths and braised dishes, and are a sought-after ingredient in Cantonese chicken soup and premium soup mixes.
This Xianyitang pack contains 100% dried morel mushroom, produced under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. Before use, rinse thoroughly and soak in warm water for 20–30 minutes until fully rehydrated; always cook morel mushrooms thoroughly before serving. The soaking liquid can be strained carefully and added to soups for extra flavour — discard any gritty sediment at the bottom. Do not leave soaked mushrooms at room temperature for extended periods.
Typical uses: Cantonese chicken soups and broths, premium soup mixes, braised and slow-cooked dishes.
