Suggested use
After opening, rinse thoroughly and soak in warm water for 15-30 minutes. Then simmer with meat for 40-60 minutes until fully cooked before consumption.

Dried Lu Rong mushroom — also known as dried velvet mushroom — 鹿茸菇 (Lu Rong Gu) is a Chinese dried mushroom prized for its distinctive soft, velvety texture and mild, earthy flavour. The name literally means 'deer velvet mushroom', a reference to the fine, downy texture of the cap. When rehydrated, it has a tender yet pleasantly firm bite, making it a versatile ingredient in soups, stir-fries and slow-cooked dishes.
This Xianyitang pack contains 100% dried Lu Rong mushroom (velvet mushroom), produced under an ISO 9001-certified quality management system. Rinse thoroughly, then soak in warm water for 15–30 minutes before use. Cook promptly after soaking — do not leave soaked mushrooms at room temperature for extended periods. If not cooking immediately, refrigerate. If using the soaking water as stock, strain carefully and discard any sediment.
Typical uses: Chinese soups and broths, stir-fries, slow-cooked recipes, rice and noodle dishes.
