White sesame seeds — 白芝麻 (Bai Zhi Ma) — are one of the most widely used seeds in Chinese and Asian cooking. Mild and nutty with a delicate flavour, they are used as a finishing garnish on stir-fries, noodles and rice dishes, in sesame sauce and dressings, in traditional Chinese pastries and baked goods, and blended into sesame paste. They are a foundational pantry ingredient across Chinese, Japanese and Korean cuisines.
This Xianyitang pack contains 100% dried white sesame seeds, manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system. Use as a garnish or topping, toast lightly in a dry pan before use to enhance the nutty aroma, blend into sauces and dressings, or incorporate into pastries and baked goods.
